Submitting an Article Online
Acoreana welcomes the submission of original research papers, review articles, and other contributions relevant to the journal’s focus on interdisciplinary natural sciences. We encourage authors from around the world to submit their work.
How to Submit
All submissions should be sent electronically as both a Word document and PDF file to the Editor-in-Chief at acoreana.journal@gmail.com. Manuscripts should include:
- Blinded Version: This should contain no identifying information (such as author names, affiliations, or acknowledgments) to facilitate the double-blind peer review process.
- Unblinded Version: This should include all author details and affiliations for use after the review process.
Please ensure that both versions are included in your submission email to avoid any delays in processing your manuscript.
Formatting Requirements
Before submitting, please ensure your manuscript meets the following formatting criteria:
- File Format: Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX) and PDF.
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
- Font: Use a standard, readable font such as Times New Roman, size 12.
- Spacing: Double-spaced throughout, including quotations, references, and tables.
- Margins: Set to 1-inch (2.5 cm) on all sides.
- Title Page: The unblinded version should include a title page with the title of the paper, author names, affiliations, and contact details of the corresponding author.
- Abstract: Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the key points of your manuscript.
- Keywords: Include 5-7 keywords for indexing and search purposes.
- References: Follow the citation style used by the journal (please refer to our Author Guidelines for more information).
Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should typically follow this structure:
- Introduction: Clearly state the research question or objective.
- Methods: Provide detailed methodology and materials used.
- Results: Present the findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Discussion: Interpret the results and their implications.
- Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and their relevance.
- Acknowledgments: Include any funding or other support.
- References: Use the journal’s preferred reference style.
Ethics and Disclosures
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest.
- Funding: Authors must disclose all sources of funding for the research.
- Ethical Approval: For studies involving human participants or animals, authors must provide ethical approval information.
Review Process
Acoreana follows a double-blind peer review process. Authors should submit both a blinded and unblinded version of their manuscript. The review process typically takes 2 weeks, though this may vary depending on reviewer availability.
